Privacy Policy for Instant Replay

Last updated: April 24, 2026

Instant Replay is a single-purpose audio recording app designed for musicians. This privacy policy explains how the app handles your data.

Microphone Access

Instant Replay requests access to your device’s microphone solely to record audio during your practice sessions. Microphone access is used for no other purpose.

Data Collection

Instant Replay does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data. The app has no internet connection, no user accounts, and no analytics.

Audio Recordings

All recordings are stored locally on your device and are overwritten each time you make a new recording. Recordings are never uploaded, shared, or accessed by anyone other than you.

Pedal Calibration Data

If you calibrate a Bluetooth foot pedal, the key codes assigned to each pedal action are saved locally in the app’s preferences on your device. This data never leaves your device.

Third Parties

Instant Replay does not use any third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics services.

Children

Instant Replay does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
